A customer’s creditworthiness is crucial for a successful loan request from a bank. Sufficient income plays a role in this. In addition to the monthly cost of living, the credit installments must also be paid regularly. The applicant’s creditworthiness can also be found in the Credit Bureau information. The Credit Bureau information lists all the characteristics that speak for positive or negative creditworthiness. A negative feature can be a dunning notice, for example. Nevertheless, it is possible to get a loan despite a payment order.
Dunning notices have a high priority before submitting an application
Only those who make intensive efforts to process the dunning notice have the prospect of success in realizing a loan despite a dunning notice. If it is possible to fully settle the claim from this dunning notice, a settlement note can be arranged in the Credit Bureau information. If there are no other negative characteristics in the Credit Bureau information, a credit institution can grant an application for such a loan, provided the income meets the minimum requirements.
Not all banks will want to support such a loan despite a payment order. The guidelines of the credit institutions play a major role here. It is therefore highly recommended to inform yourself beforehand about the lending policies of the individual banks in order to be able to make a successful application.
Guarantees usually help
If you have the opportunity to teach a guarantor when applying for a loan despite a payment order, this is rated positively. However, this guarantor must be sufficiently solvent, have attachable assets or income, and must not have any negative Credit Bureau characteristics. The guarantor does not have to be employed. A self-employed guarantor can also be taught, provided that he has adequate security that serves to deposit the loan.
Loans from abroad can also help. The fact that the German Credit Bureau information is not considered important abroad can lead to the fact that a loan can be obtained there despite a payment order. The prerequisite for the loan application is that the applicant has an open-ended and permanent position.
The credit institution must therefore have the option of being able to attach the salary. In addition to a minimum age of 18 and a permanent place of residence in Germany, you must also have German citizenship. These loans are usually given as blank loans and are limited to a certain term (usually just under four years) and a certain amount (often 3,500 USD). Here, too, guarantors for whom the same criteria apply can help.
Use credit intermediaries as an opportunity
Credit intermediaries have the advantage of working with a variety of national banks. You can also use the available documents to assess whether a loan is possible despite a payment order and at which institution. Of course, you can also provide the appropriate information to make the application for a loan successful despite a payment order.
But credit intermediaries have a second important function. The loan abroad is not made directly with a bank, but through a credit intermediary. This credit broker receives remuneration if there is a legally valid credit contract for a loan despite a payment order. A reputable credit broker will only charge this fee with a loan agreement and not already when you request a loan.
